Stefan has 13 years of M&A experience; he co-founded Strategy & Finance, a midsized independent Dutch M&A boutique in 1996. He's got a bachelor degree in Business Engineering from Fontys University for Applied Sciences in Eindhoven and his Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen. Since then, he has been involved in advising owners and board of directors of companies and institutions on a wide range of Dutch and Flemish cross-border deals, such as disposals, acquisitions and buy-outs. He is member of the Dutch Corporate Finance Association. Amongst other, Stefan has a broad experience in the field of Dutch semi-public and private healthcare.

Maurits has broad experience within M&A. He studied at the University of Amsterdam of which he received his degree with specializations on Business Law and Business Administration. After his practice on the section Corporate Recovery & Insolvency within a number five Law firm, he joined the Strategy & Finance in 1996. He has been involved in advising owners and board of directors of companies on a wide range of Dutch and Flemish cross-border deals, such as disposals, acquisitions and buy-outs. He is a non-executive director on several private companies and foundations.

Paul has 11 years of M&A experience; he founded Witlox Corporate Finance in 1998 which merged with Strategy & Finance in 2011. Furthermore he used to be an auditor with a general practice for nearly 20 years. He studied Economics at the University of Tilburg. Afterwards he completed the professional study of chartered accountant at the University of Tilburg, environmental auditor at the University of Amsterdam and business valuator at the Rotterdam School of Management.
His responsibilities at Strategy & Finance are: strategy, acquisitions, due diligence, disposals, valuation and financing. Paul has been involved in several international transactions and assessments as well as several mediations in disputes between shareholders. He is also a member of the Board of Witlox Van den Boomen since 2004.

Michel is partner at Strategy & Finance. He holds a bachelor degree in Business Economics from the Fontys University for Applied Sciences in Eindhoven. After graduating in 1993 he started as business banker at BHF and ING. In 2002 Michel became a consultant for an independent M&A boutique. Since then, he has been involved in advising owners and boards of directors of companies on a wide range of primary Dutch deals, including disposals, acquisitions and buy-outs. He is a member of the Dutch Corporate Finance Association. Apart from his consultancy experience, Michel has a broad experience in the field of business valuation.

Jeroen studied Business Administration at the University of Groningen. After graduation in 1997 he started as quality manager at a company which develops and manufactures point-of-sale materials. In 2002 he joined his family business, a group of furniture and kitchen shops. As general manager he assisted in several projects of buying and selling furniture companies as well as real estates. Jeroen is responsible for several M&A projects.

Maurice studied International Business at Maastricht University and at the University of California, San Diego. After obtaining his masters degree in 2004 he started his career as a trainee at an international retail organisation. In 2006 he joined one of the largest temp-agencies in the Netherlands and worked as an advisor for among others transport-, food processing- and industrial manufacturing organisations. Maurice joined Strategy & Finance in 2007. Since then he assisted in a number of M&A projects and at present Maurice is responsible for several projects, such as disposals, acquisitions and buy-outs.

Nicole graduated from Maastricht University where she obtained both her Bachelor and her Master degree in European Studies. During her last year of studies she worked as an assistant at a large international temp-agency. After having completed her studies Nicole started working as an business analyst and assists the advisors with the preparation of their executive tasks and she supports the project leaders in several projects. She is also responsible for the coordination of international requests and opportunities of Translink.

Johan studied at Tilburg University where he obtained both his Bachelor and Master degree in Economics. After graduation in 2006 he worked several years for an international supplier to the construction sector. Johan joined Strategy & Finance in 2011. Since then he supports the advisors in several projects and works on international requests and opportunities of Translink.

Tessa studied at Tilburg University where she obtained a Bachelor degree in International Business and a Master degree in Strategic Management. After graduation, Tessa joined Strategy & Finance in 2013 and started working as a business analyst. Since then she supports the advisors in several projects and works on international requests and opportunities of Translink.
