Translink Corporate Finance announces of the acquisition by Exodraft A/S of 60% of the shares in Dansk Energi Service A/S. Schrøder TRANSLINK, Denmark, served as advisor to the acquirer.
Exodraft A/S is a world’s leading supplier of mechanical chimney exhaust solutions for industrial and residential clients as well as solutions for industrial heat recovery. Exodraft also supplies electro-static filters for the removal of flue smoke particles.
Exodraft is headquartered in Denmark with subsidiaries in France, Germany, Norway, Sweden and the UK, and the products are sold in 40 countries around the world.
Dansk Energi Service A/S is a supplier of burners and boilers for water, steam and hot oil. Dansk Energi Service’s clients are medium and large industrial firms.
Jørgen Andersen, CEO, Exodraft A/S, states: “The products and services offered by Dansk Energi Service form a natural extension to the current offerings by Exodraft and will support our turn-key strategy. The acquisition will strengthen our base in Denmark and our possibilities for continued growth abroad”.
Dansk Energi Service will continue as a stand-alone subsidiary to Exodraft.
