Translink UK firm BHP Corporate Finance is delighted to have acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of The Label Makers Limited on its disposal to the Spanish headquartered, multi-national, Printeos S.A.
The transaction involved a highly competitive global process that drew significant interest from many of the industry’s major labelling manufacturers worldwide. BHP Corporate Finance worked in close collaboration with its international colleagues within the Translink Global M&A network who provided support at a local level to drive engagement with interested parties through all stages of the process.
David Webster, who will leave his role as Managing Director and continue to provide support as a strategic consultant, commented: “The decision to sell the family business which I had built up over 35 years was one of the hardest of my life.
