Filippo Dalponte is a senior professional with a long career in the Italian Investment Banking industry and an extensive experience in Corporate Finance and M&A activities. Filippo worked for some of the most reputed investment banks, advisory firms and financial institutions, amongst which La Compagnia Finanziaria, Gruppo Sopaf, Efibanca, Centrosim, Mitfin. He advised many large to mid-small corporates on Debt Capital Markets issues, Acquisition Finance, Equity Capital Markets (he managed more than 10 IPOs on the Italian Stock Markets), M&A transactions, valuations and fairness opinions. David worked for 5 years within the MAZARS Group as an auditor in Transaction Services.
