Therma Holdings (“Therma”) today announced that the leading mechanical contractor in Arizona, Bel-Aire Mechanical (“Bel-Aire”) has joined Therma. This further expands Therma’s reach as the leading end-to-end provider of energy and sustainability solutions and services for high-performance buildings. The combined entities play critical roles in reducing environmental impact within the built environment across the United States. Translink’s partner firm in the US acted as advisor to the seller.
Bel-Aire is a Phoenix-based specialty mechanical and plumbing services provider offering systems installation, service, repair, maintenance, and fabrication to customers in the data center, semiconductor, biopharma, higher education, and healthcare end-markets.
Bel-Aire expands Therma’s offerings, bringing over 400 professionals focused on designing, building, and servicing complex systems for mission-critical buildings. Together, the company will offer comprehensive services and solutions to address the entire lifecycle of a building. This transaction will also expand Therma’s geographic reach across the United States and its presence in critical and growing end markets – a key focus of the company.
