Translink Corporate Finance announces the sale of Esec A/S, a hosted IT security service provider to Dubex A/S, a leading IT security specialist in Denmark. Translink acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Esec A/S.
With the acquisition of Esec A/S, Dubex A/S has strengthened its market position. The sales and delivery expertise found within Esec will create a great synergy with Dubex’s expertise in IT security.
The demand for IT security is increasing as data threats are increasing, why the overview of the companies’ critical data can be difficult to maintain by the companies them self. By the use of Dubex’s services the companies can limit time spend on such. The customers are involved in the process when this is required.
Esec offers hosted IT security services adjusted to the individual company, which are paid by a monthly fee. Dubex is the leading IT security specialist in Denmark, delivering and supporting over 500 security locations, among these internationally as well.
